I'll see what I can do through editing the default login...
Good work on the VS. I'm using it right now. The pale and rectangular scrollbars bug me. They don't match well with the rich colors and smoothness in the rest of the VS.
The problems with my design is that the big flag shuld be in the center of the left area, both vertical and horizonal. And the small flag and text image need to have a magic pink background.
There might be some problems with the top and bottom as well since they have a radial gradient.

*shrug*
If your mockup is what you wanted, then this should look a lot like it...
I haven't replaced all the graphics yet, and there's still some text colors to change, but this should look a lot like yours. And best of all, it works.

*Edit: Replaced progress preview with final preview:

I cleaned it up a bit more. Added magic pink areas to the logo, so the flag shows through properly. Also cleaned up the gradient behind the username area.
So, I'm ready to release. Just waiting for the Go Ahead.
You can't release it. I want you to replace all images first with my lossless once. The quality on the image I posted was poor. I'll send you a pm with the link.

I've replaced most of the graphics with your versions. A few had to be modified because the images just don't align correctly in the format you sent. And there's one problem I can't quite pin down. Take a look for yourself:
<attachment removed (see edit)>
I've confirmed that the pink is indeed magic pink, just like on the image I was using previously (and that version was transparent). So, I'm not sure what the problem is.
Edit: Fixed it.
Preview:
There are still some things that is not perfect. The passwordbox, key and the ? doesn't align correctly and the ? is streched. The streching would be pretty easy to fix.
This is the original Luna code but you might want to replace 3 for 1 and 0 for 1 (the zero almost at the end in rcbmp, NOT in the far end)
CODE
button [id=atom(info)]
{
margin: rect(5rp,0,0,0);
content: rcbmp(105,3,-1,28rp,28rp,0,0);
}
button [id=atom(info)][keyfocused]
{
content: rcbmp(106,3,-1,28rp,28rp,0,0);
}
Also I've edited the password box a little, used the attached one please.

Yeah, I added the same padding that was on the Logon button to the Help button, and reset the size to 26px, same as your original to solve the stretch issue. I didn't get how increasing the size of the Help button image would help with it being stretched, so I didn't use your code.
Also adjusted the padding so that both buttons were pulled up 2px, so they'll match with the top of the password box.
Just a few more changes please

The big flag in the background doesn't seem to be correct size, and the gradient user background image is not the one I sent in the zip.
I just want it to be perfect

I deeply appreciate your effort.

The big flag in the background is being resized depending on your resolution. Its the only way I know of that will preserve the alignment of that image.

em3, I've sent you an e-mail with details.
Hotmail won't allow me to attach the testfile (I swear, its got something against any browser that's not IE), so I'm doing it here. Its been password protected.
Thanks for the test. I have a problem with it in my resoultion though. Posting screen.
And also see image 2. The blue border is not the one from the zip I think.
Edit: I've fixed some of the graphics myself. Haven't been able to fix the first image I posted though. Currently trying to align the text in the userbox but it is pretty difficult.
I fixed the blue line bug and another bug when the resolution was bigger than 1152x864 (background didn't strech). Also fixed some other things. I think it's ready now.

Edit: Posted it on DeviantArt. Get it here:

'cause it's meant to match the excellent "Luna Element" visual style.
Okay.. I have been using this logon for a while now and I found a little thing..

If you look at the picture you will see that it isn't the same color "behind the names" as it is around them.. if you understand..
I can't figure it out how to change it.. anyone know how?
If you removed the usernames from the image yourself then I don't see the bug.
Okay.. here is a new screen with the names...

Do you see it now..?
It looks correct to me.
Don't you see it..? I see it clearly..

don't worry, you're not blind. I've noticed it too on my machine. I can also see it in your screenshot. Not sure how to fix it though.
