I like the jokes thread to get a good laugh but sometimes you just wanna read a funny story/joke not some .MPG or Flash crap so I suggest that the jokes section be divided into written/told jokes and visual jokes

Ok maybe the division was a bit overdoing it....
But I do agree with these 2 posts; make obligatory to post tags. That way written and visual jokes can be "divided"
I have been into the jokes section like 3 times because of this. The only reason I would go in is to watch flash vids as as almost any writtin joke I have read in there is something I have heard before. If there was manditory tags I could see myself actually enjoying that section.
It's true. I've heard just about all the written jokes (in fact, I moderated a jokes forum for a few months. I've seen it all). There are constantly new flash vids, though, so that stuff is cool.

No. All jokes are free of charge here. If you need those jokes in the form of multimedia, go buy some. It seems unlikely that neowin could come up with those multimedia jokes in a section in particular.
