Um, I'm not sure how this happened, but here goes. I accidently deleted all of my cookies off my laptop and when I tried to log in again I kept getting an error message saying that my username was not found. The same problem happens on any computer that I try to log into. I'm not behind a firewall whenever this happens. I'm posting this message from my computer that still has the Neowin cookie on it. Any help?

are you sure you typed the right password? when you don't, you get a message saying:

I typed in everything perfectly. I've tried it in Firefox, IE and Opera. In Firefox I even had the password saved, which I haven't changed since I became a member.

Could it be a problem with my account? I still can't login.

Have you disabled cookies on the other comps? go to internet options and see what it's set at.

try changing your password on this one, then using that on the other.

The password won't change. It keeps giving me an error saying that the password is incorrect. I also tried using the password recovery feature on the other computer. When I tried to change the password I got a mySQL error.

then pm an admin and see what you can do

if you can answer everything properly like for the password recovery, they should be able to create a new account and give it your name, or fix your account.
