is there a mod that makes all the pages in your forums into html links, instead of php ones?

for example, would become (or whatever you choose the name to be)

i have seen this done on a few PHPNuke sites, and i also did it once on a IPB1.3 to PHPNuke port mod...

so if someone could direct me to a tutorial or download for this, i'd be very greatful!
