i work out 3 times a week and in the past 3 months i gained around 7lb....so now i weight around 160lb..the only problem is dat i dont see much of a difference on my physical aspect...my usual routine is
mon abs chest n biceps
tue rest
wed abs shoulders n triceps
thur rest
friday abs and legs
sat rest
sun rest
anyone think im doin too much resting the instructor gave me this scheduale but im starting to kinda disagree with it
