When closing my iBook lid is there anyway I can still play my iTunes?
All it does is turn the whole computer to sleep.

Thanx for your help.

I believe you can go into your Power Settings (I think?) And make it so when you close the lid it only turns the screen off.

I don't think it is possible to do this, but I could be wrong.

nope it doesnt work like that with a mac. You could try searching for 'sleepless'
Vice
you cannot do it without using 3rd party programs, it is not recommended since allot of heat gets dissipated through the keyboard and the bottom left part of the iBook and it can overheat and break components Apple made it like that for a reason!

If you wanted closed lid operation you really should have bought a Powerbook that were designed with the feature in mind.

PowerBooks can play iTunes music with the lid closed? How? (I am seriously asking because I'd like to try it)
Vice
you have to have an External Monitor plugged into the Powerbook for it to do it automatically however using the program suggested will do it and safely since the Powerbook was designed with closed lid operation in mind.
