Hey,

since upgrading to Tiger I find two things really weird about Mail 2.0:

1) Where am I supposed to see that I'm sending an email?
2) How can I get Mail 2.0 to show all my mailboxes (like Outbox and Drafts) even when they're empty? Because it hides those boxes when nothing's in them.

About question 1: Especially when sending large emails it's really annoying that Mail 2.0 doesn't give any feedback that something is being send without opening Activity Viewer (see pic).

If someone has solutions for these two problems it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.
Don't bother convincing me to switch to Thunderbird, Entourage or whatever.

the little spinning pinwheel next to the corresponding account's mailbox means activity is going on

otherwise you need to open the activity viewer

I attached a file showing how Mail 2.0 looks when sending something. Do you see a spinning wheel? I sure as hell don't. tongue.gif

Okay, that's weird. Mail doesn't show anything here. I do get a spinning wheel when receiving incoming messages. blink.gif
