So yeah, I'm on a Mac Mini 1.42GHz w/ 512MB RAM on an Erase & Install of Tiger..

When I first log in from changing my theme, but after a second (maybe two) my menu extras become unskinned, as seen in the image below.

I have tried reinstalling APE & ShapeShifter.

Anyone who is having this problem is welcome to report it / so are any updates/fixes on the issue.

And you have the most up-to-date versions?
SYPHADIUS
you need to reboot, if that don't work then the gui is not compatible.

Again, I am not the only one with this problem. Restarted/logged out, using the latest version, etc. whistle.gif

Then my guess is you're not using a theme that has been updated for tiger. Shapeshifter can't magically fill in holes for you whistle.gif

For the last time, It's the Tiger updated theme, and wither it's updated or not has nothing to do with the menu extras being skinned or not. Thanks,

Now if we can move on, and stop blaming not the user.

It is a known anomaly for some users theming Tiger. It is not known to be a confirmed shapeshifter or themepark issue as many users do not have any problems. It affects multiple models of Macs as well as multiple types of Tiger installs. The devs are aware and are trying to track it down. Sometimes a log-out cures it some times a restart. Stay tuned....

Thanks for the update, if there's anything I can do to help, say the word..

I am also noticing, when moving larger windows around, it seems a lot slower.

EDIT: (esp for james)

Removing Snapz Pro X (which starts up each time I login) fixed the menu extras issue.

Moving large windows around such as Safari and iTunes is still a lot slower than no theme though. However, if I move them towards the bottom of the screen (where it's overlap, only the top is just exposed over the dock) it's fine. Weird.. Might stick with the Tiger UI until things are worked out.
