Hi, i have a Radeon 9200. two days ago my computer would not boot correctly into windows, the screen would just show a bunch of small senseless squares or in the best of luks, a malformed welcome screen and then reboot.

I found that i can boot the computer in safe mode, uninstall the video driver and then it boots in normal mode, intalls the standard drivers for the video card and then get messed up again.

I tried installing the latest drivers but still with no luck.

please help sad.gif

If it happened all of a sudden, then it sounds like a hardware issue. Could be overheating? But then that doesn't explain why you can boot into safe mode.

I'd try reinstalling the drivers again, but be sure to use Driver Cleaner. If you're using the Omega driver set, try reverting to an older version or to the official ATI Catalysts.

Yep sounds like your card died.
