Hi,
I just changed my sig to what it is now, MKBot MSN status thing.
However, I've just read BOOGs warning, but he said Timdorrs sig is acceptable, so rather than me getting a possible warning for this could someone tell me if this is allowed or not. If not, then obviosusly I'll remove it right away.
Thanks.
Lots of other people are using those sigs so I don't see a problem as long as you keep your display name and personal message clean.
Sigs that allow others to enter custom text, beyond your review, are no longer allowed.

So basically, this isn't allowed?

That sig should be fine BUT... if you change your screen name to something that contains a swear word and then that swear word is displayed on your signature then you may very well receive a warning.

If I understand your sig, only you can control what appears. That is still allowed. Just make sure that swear words do not appear.
What has been outlawed are sigs where
other members can change what text appears on
your sig.

Hi fred666,
Thanks for moving the post to the correct place.
I wouldn't use any other screen name than what it is anyway, but I interpreted BOOGs warning to that, that you can't have sigs that allow you to enter custom text and whilst changing my screenname would update on Neowin I just want to be sure I'm not breaking the rules.
Cheers.
