Was just wondering if there was a way to make the middle click button of the mouse open a new tab with the home page? Just switched from firefox and that function is really useful for me. Thanks

I'm afraid middle click can't be edited quite as you'd like. However, try this one out. go to tools>preferences>advanced>shortcuts. Edit mouse setup. Pull down Application (defaults) and select "NEW". Type in "Button3", hit the tab key, and then type in "Open in new page | Go to home page" If that doesn't work (probably won't, but give it a try), remove the "Open in new page" part. From there, middle click will go to home page, which isn't quite what you want, now is it?

Here's the key, though. To open a new page, double click on the tab bar, and then middle click. I realize it's an extra step from what you're looking for, and I'll put it in the Wishlist forum over on my.opera.com for you (unless you've got an account), that would be the best place to ask for a slight change.
