Hey guys so I downloaded the full package .zip for 2.0.15 and i extracted it now I have files what do i do? Upload them all to my ftp just like that? What about database?

wowo that seems difficult what if I just use the automatic installation by fantastico then upgrade to 2.0.15 manually would that be easier as fantastico installs 2.0.13

If you already have a forum running then you download the change files Download phpbb.

Then I think you are running phpbb 2.0.13 so you want the files that are 2.0.13 to 2.0.15

Then unzip it and upload it, it is already lad out so you do not have upload the one by one. You can copy the across in one complete go.

Then in the phpbb files folder, there is a folder called "install".

You need to upload that, then in your broswer type where ever the upgrade_to_latest.php is, i.e http//www.yourdomain.com/forum/install/update_to_latest.php. When you have done that delect it.
Done!
