We are running Windows 2000 server and want to turn off the XP firewall through GPO. Is this possible? If not, what is another way we can do this through some kind of logon script or something?

Download the XP SP2 Group Policy ADM files from the link below. Use them to apply policies for Windows Firewall to your XP SP2 machines.
