I haven't managed to set up the email feature on my board yet. i have tried both php mail and smtp mail and have entered all the settings per my ISP's requirement (exactly as they appear in my mail client). yet on the error logs i get error 503 This server does not support authorisation. Needless to say the mail never gets through. am i missing something obvious. anyone had a similar problem. Just for the record my ISP is blueyonder. Any help would be greatly appreciated

edit: if you decide to set up your own email server don't open the port on your firewall or you mite have someone random use your comuter to send 40,000 viruses. Blueyonder weren't too impressed!
