I need to know the best and most stable drivers for the nvidia 6800 GT. My PC keeps crashing, today being the worst with 4

. I'd be doing something and the screen would just go all fuzzy and i would hear the machine power down to just 1 fan or something like that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First thing - are your temperatures alright? How is your case airflow? Do you have a decent power supply?

Im not a tech person but i believe my temp is OK, i have the normal fan which came with the PC and an additional fan installed. Even though the 6800 GT eats power i think i have a big enough supply for it.
Using PC Wizard:
Hard Disc Temperature #1 - 41 Degrees Celcius
CPU Core - 1.47V
VCore1 - 2.61V
+3.3V Voltage - 3.31 V
+5V Voltage - 2.98V
+12V Voltage - 11.25
Dunno if that helps mate

I don't think it is heat, been asleep for 8 hours with my PC off and just switched it on, lasted 30 seconds and crashed again.

Your PSU is dead or to weak for such powerfull hardware, get a decent power suply. at least 450watt.
+5V Voltage - 2.98V
+12V Voltage - 11.25
these values are much to low! thats what it causing the crashes

3v on the +5v eeeeeeep
that +5v should be around 5v, not 3v. if you're looking for a good and not too expensive power supply i'd suggest the fortron fsp530
