Im looking for a new phone that...

-has bluetooth
-gsm
-a memory slot (sd,mmc, compact flash,Sony MemoryStick lol jk about the last 2)
-camera that can shoot stills/vids
-any other cool misc. features

basically i just got my 1st cell phone awhile ago so i would like to update to a much newer one. i live in the US and my provider is verizon if that makes a difference. this then brings up my next question, can an unlocked UK phone work in the US? thanks
venezian
GSM and verizon do not go together.

besides that the motorola V710 is what you're loooking for.

if you switch over to GSM network carriers (T-mobile, Cingular) there's tons of phones and the best one so far is the Motorola V635.

hmmm
well any unlocked phone should work anywhere else as long as it's unlocked. i know a lot of people that get unlocked phones from HK and bring them to Canada.

phones with those features....
take a look at some of these:
Sony Ericsson K750: http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_k750-1090.php
Sony Ericsson S710: http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_s710-848.php
Samsung P730: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_p730-707.php
Motorola MPx220: http://www.gsmarena.com/motorola_mpx220-668.php

again, that is only posssible on GSM phones and GSM networks, Verizon is not one. so you're only limited to what they have.

oh..
sry wasn't aware that they didn't have a GSM network
not very familiar with american providers
u'll probably want to ignore my previous post... unless of courseu plan on changing providers to one with a GSM network

@SmokeDragoon

your OLD phone is a k750?????? it just came out like, a week ago...

and, they AREN'T GSM? you're extremely mistaken.

anyways, yeah, the s710a is good (i have the european s700i version) but you'd have to switch to cingular or t-mob to use any gsm phone.
Gelob
