Hiyas all,

Ok my 2 friends and I are trying to setup a multiperson iChat, without much success..

My friend with his G5 iMac is trying to host the conference but it keeps telling him his computer isn't capable of hosting it. He has a G5 2.0ghz 20" with 512MB, and his internet connection is 4096/384. Apples docs are very unhelpful, it only says to host you need a G5 Computer (Which he has), and a internet connection with 384k upload (Which he also has).

For the record, my other friend has a 1.25 mac mini, and I have a 1.33 iBook. Please note we know we can't host as they aren't powerful enough, but there should be no reason we can't join. We can all video conference with each other with no problems altogether. We're logged into iChat with our ICQ accounts.

Any help?

edit: multiple audio conference is working ok, video still won't work.

It's just multiperson that you need a G5 to host, 1-on-1 chat is 800mhz G4 I think.
