I wash mine before and after. If you know what I mean.

Example:

You have spent the whole day doing work stuff, you really should wash those hands before going to the bathroom. Right.

Everybody says they wash their hands, they do in public and denounce those who don't. However, truth is most peaople rarely bother when no one else is around.

For example I shared a flat with three boys at uni. The handwash in the toilet lasted about three months because no one else used it : /

Only after for me (and not always), before is a waste. For some reason I only wash my hands after when I am at work. At home I don't bother.

Urine is sterile so if either were a waste of time it would be after. Your hands touch everything and everything has germs on it so you might wash your hands before in hopes that you wouldn't spread those germs to your ****.

If your pinching a loaf that is a whole other story.
