Mais cette fois-ci, Sony décide de frapper un grand coup en attaquant le très célèbre site Lik-Sang.com, connu dans le domaine de la vente des accessoires pour jeux vidéo, actuellement basé à Hong-Kong. Effectivement, le constructeur nippon vient de porter plainte envers ce site pour violation de trade marks en permettant la possibilité aux internautes d’acquérir la console ainsi que des jeux et accessoires.


Cependant, on imagine la difficulté pour Sony d'attaquer le site puisqu'aucune loi hongkongaise n'interdit ce genre d'acte. Or, le constructeur s'appuierai sur les principes des droits d'auteur (copyrights), et affirme que Lik-Sang les viole en vendant la console à l'étranger.


Pour le moment, aucune modification ne semble avoir été porté sur le site à la suite de cette poursuite judiciaire.


Décidément, Sony fait beaucoup parler de lui avec sa console que cela soit en bien ou en mal. Une affaire à suivre même si on se demande si les agissements du constructeur à faire intimider tout le monde ne risquent-ils pas de faire ternir son image auprès des commerçants, si ce n'est déjà fait...

Instead of getting Sony PSP get a Windows Mobile device, instead of PlayStation get an XBOX or a PC. People say Microsoft treat them like **** but Sony is so far worse in almost every aspect.
