I think invitations exist, sort of, I've got invited by someone here.... After validating my invitation, my hotmail account changed to 2GB but not to the Live Mail interface (btw been a couple of weeks now, and no new interface)

So it makes me think that only a small group is recieving and maybe the 2nd gen testers have to wait to test it

i was invited by pressing a huge green button under the hotmail logo titled join the mail beta so i pressed it and got the new hotmail there and then, as so would most people and this happened months ago. Last week it happened to my brother with the big green button and he got his there and then also.

So they have always done it that way and it will prob stay that why for a while.

Yes there are invites, I got in the beta by someone's invite.

ok so as u shown there " are invites" but so far its like ur the only person i have seen who has them plus if u have them where abouts did u access them from on the mail beta page today page or what ?
