right, i just got an invite from microsoft, downloaded it and installed, works nicely.

do i get to give invites out, ifso how and where?

You might get some invites within a couple of days. When you get invites they'll be a message in the below your name/status bit - where MS normally put messages about upgrades or Customer Programs. You can also go to the Help menu and there'll be a link there to invites.

I got 2 at first and then 3 later.

People who i invited haven't recieved any invites to give out.

I'm alright, I got an invite from MS a couple days ago. I got a total of 5 invites (which are all gone btw so don't bother PMing me for one) the first time so it varies.

Wow, this thread just keeps going and going, with people asking for invites, when anyone can use Live Messenger without an invite, and as for Live Mail, that can be done very easily without an invite.
I've been usin both for quite some time now.
