Really nice. Never saw it elsewhere. Too bad it doesn't really provide thumbnails to IE and other multiple windowed apps...

miniMIZe is a pretty cool app too. minimizes windows to a thumbnail on your desktop instead of taskbar. http://aquaria.za.net/component/option,com...c,select/id,11/

Its cool, only problem ive found is that when you over your mouse over for the thumbnail pic, it flashes the window/folder or whatever quickly, then gives u a thumbnail. which is a tad annoying.

It simply gets a screenshot of that window to show the content as a thumbnail. Though kinda annoying...
