thats amazing, its a shame the performance on the pitch is not matching the quality of the stadium.

Yes, the Bernabou is one of the best stadiums in the world. But the Nou Camp is better, and Anfield is even better than that .

if anfield was that good, liverpool wouldnt be thinking of leaving it and making a new one.

given the choice, 100% of liverpool fans would opt not to leave Anfield. The fact of the matter is that there is limited capacity for expansion, yet revenues still need to be generated in order for any football club to remain competitive. In order to generate revenue two things are needed....1: Sucess on the pitch (ask leeds about this one) and 2: A stadium that will hold enough paying fans.

Liverpool have consistently had success at many levels however they are being held back by the lack of a large stadium. The ground is surrounded on all four sides by housing and therefore alternatives need to be looked at. Anfield is the best stadium in the world for atmosphere (especially since the demolition of the Old Wembley) and nowhere can it be matched...for proof ask Chelsea or Juventus!!
