Anyone knows how to reshack IE7's download dialog?

I found the dialog in system32/ieframe.dll.mui but even on editing and replace the dialog didn't change.
Previously in IE6 the download dialog is found in shdoclc.dll but IE7 doesn't seem to use that one.

I seem to have found the answer!

There is another ieframe.dll.mui in system32/en-US, replaced the edited copy with the one in there and it works!

I googled for ieframe.dll.mui and found nothing about download dialogs. What does editing ieframe.dll.mui do?

Dialog 4352 in ieframe.dll.mui is the download dialog.

This tutorial is for IE6(which works on dialog 4352 in shdoclc.dll) but the process works for IE7.

I had mine modified to the one I used in IE6, theres a pic in the old thread.
