hi guys i am working on the new theme royal i am making a green version of it i have some problems. the problem is that i cant change the hover color when cursor points on the start>>all programs i cant change its colour need some help please

In StyleBuilder, go to "Classic Colours" on the left of the window, it's either Menu Highlight or Highlight that you need to change.
