Is there a tweak to stop the Photo Gallery applet from opening video formats, when browsing thru a folder of picture and video files?

It's a quick tool for picture browsing, it takes an age to load and play the videos - I wish it were more like the XP "Picture and Fax Viewer" - maybe some has extracted this for use in Vista? I've tried the rundll32 ...shimgvw.dll command but does nothing.

Any ideas?

Right on the top left corner, under "All pictures and videos" there are 2 submenus. Clicking either of them will allow you to display only pictures or only videos.
