Can anyone help me out here? I'm running all the latest drivers and bios stuff..

But if i go into device manager then i get a exclamation mark on this driver, and the following message:
Quote -
This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.

This is in Vista Ultimate 32-bit.

Check Solutions doesn't return any solutions.

If I uninstall the driver then i get problems with a 'PCI Simple Communications Controller' driver not found.

Any help would be great smile.gif

I've emailed Intel support about it, so hopefully they will have a solution.

I finally fixed this problem as of 5 minutes ago. I had to uninstall the "ATI PCI Express (3GIO) Filter Driver". I read other forums that it caused problems with other intel management and non intel drivers.

If anyone else is about to attempt uninstalling that driver, it does reset all your drivers, so you need to go through a fair few restarts, and to install all the drivers again just don't search online, browse my computer and do "C:/Windows/System32" as the folder to search in. The Creative Xi-Fi driver is the only one that has not worked, so I am re-installing that driver now.

Uninstalling the 3GIO filter driver made no difference for me I'm afraid. Still searching for a solution.
