this theme is totaly based on windows classic and a 3dcc theme, then you might say:"why make a theme when you can use a color scheme?"...Well, i was not happy with the start menu, fonts and some other things, so this is what i came about...almost finished.
i would like to hear some feed back before i release it(if so...).Font used is corbel...alternate fonts are tahoma and segoe UI.
Thanks for your attention and replies

Looks promising! Release it (but maybe with different fonts options - a lot of people like me still prefer Tahoma)!
BTW: Where can I find the wall in your screenshot in dA (Classic - a way of life)?
Nice classic, and good font choices.

Is there anyway to use xp themes in Vista?

You can use skinstudio to import the .msstyle and then export as a windowblinds compatible format, and then use windowblinds 5.5 to apply it. thats all there really is though.

the screenshot linked on your post is from a theme i mod using puko´s from lassekongo83 as a base, since then i am working on this pure classic mod... and i am considering including miranda skin in the pack

Nothing is classic until it includes this icon in the start button or anywhere else

Ok, Windows 98 is not classic. At least compared to Windows 95, which is not classic as compared to Windows 3.1(1). And so on, and so on, until you get back to the good ol' days of MS-DOS 1, if you want to go Pre-GUI.

I meant the original Windows Icon, not the OS
