The latest 16 pictures on my flickr page were taken yesterday at Twycross Zoo, in the UK. I used a Nikon D50 with Sigma 70-300 DG APO, handheld. Some of the pictures had sharpening and contrast adjusted in Picasa, apart from that no post processing.

Nice shots thumbs_up.gif

I have to ask, though: Are those speckles in, for example, DSC_0234, ISO artifacts?

Hi,
I can't see the speckles you mean, but on the indoor shots such as 0234, there may be some noise due to the high ISO I needed to use smile.gif

Some good shots there mate... my only piece of advice (and I'm NO PRO!!!) would be to get your entire subject in the shot, unless you a deliberately concentrating on a certain section. EG. The elephant eye is awesome, but I would have made sure that the top of the orangutang's head or the tortoise's shell were in the shot... just gives a photo a bit of an edge i think smile.gif

Nice work though biggrin.gif
