Well, I'm working on a media player gadget like the clear one seen in early longhorn screenies, need some help in contacting the designer of Mediadock... can't get ahold of him, and need his assistance... Any help would be appreciated

Well, its been 24 hours, so i thought I would update you all on my progress with the glass version, here it is. almost 100% functional. just some more visual tweaks and drastic thinking to get the visualizations working, and you will almost be able to have it... interested?

What is it exactly, a WMP Skin? Or a gadget that controls WMP? Or a gadget that runs its own instance of WMP and controls its own instance?

ALso, did you have any issues with the transparency and pinkness.

Well its a gadget that runs its own instance of WMP calling out the library etc.

Yeah i had quite a few issues with the transparency and pinkness, but luckily got amazing help from a guy on the MSDN gadget forums

The gadget looks great, Can't wait for the finished version.
