I have a 309 MB 720x576 DV AVI file (1m 29s) video file and I want it converting to a 320x256 SWF file.

The file size must be no larger than 10 MB and I wish it to be as higher quality as possible as long as it isn't any larger than 10 MB.

What is the best way for me to do this?

you can't...

what you're probably thinking of is all the sites on the net that use a shockwave or flash PLAYER to call upon a separate video that is not in swf format.

Hi, I think in that case, this Free Video Converter is the best choice. I always use it to convert avi to flv and swf. It also allows me to change codec, bit rate, video size, add watermark etc. Hope it helps you too. smile.gif
