How do you make themes for Vista, what program do I use?

Right now people are using resource editor programs to make themes, and others are using SkinStudio to make WindowBlinds themes for Vista. SkinStudio 6 is being developed now that will make skinning Vista (and XP) much more easier than before.

And.....

SkinStudio is free, and it's a way to create Vista themes, as with the other method I said as well.
