You will need to edit the shellstyle.dll for the theme.

Googling turned up the following tutorial:

moglenstar Thanx but this is not helping me becuse the skin is for windows blinds

You need to do the Shelstyle itself like if you would do a MSStyle THEN import it into SKS5.
I still not enough good with SKS6 for that but there seems to have removing the import feature and put only an internal editor witch sucks since you can't do specials things like that. Found it, the XML feature isn't yet implemented yet. Still more unsure for the Import feature. It will be in XP Specific Sections > Edit Shell Style Bar > Advanced Settings when it will be done.
Still it will be probably the same way to use as if it would be a true shellstyle.dll modification.

WB doesnt support horizontal shellstyles, if you want one you will need to import a standalone shelltyle.dll via Tools > Windowblinds > Import Shellstyle and modify it via the .uifile.
