I am switching web hosts. When switching the forums, I uploaded my PHPMyAdmin backup. That did not work, so I was advised to delete the line in bold in the codebox. Now the upload worked, but I get an IPS driver error when visiting anything in the forum directory.

The name of my new database is rrhomete_womforum. The name of my old database waas htdefiant_wom. rrhometech_wom user has all privileges on rrhometech_forum. I also have a backup from the IPB backup utility, if that can be of any use.
