Hello folks I am looking for a reliable yet cheap camera

5 Megapixels and higher and
it must have its own battery and charging system

I am open to any brand. thank you...

Yeah, can't go wrong with pretty much any Nikon point and shoot (although they can be a bit pricey).

Although my old HP served me well, but most HP cameras don't have built in rechargable circuits.
