As the attached file shown, instead of showing its full name like "TechSmith" it show "TechSmi..." , don't know why. Maybe I did some mistook when I Customized my window : S

From what I recall, that is normal in 'List View'. It sizes the columns to a fixed size so it has to cut some off the end. If you hover the mouse pointer over it, the full name should show.

I had met this problem too, and I though that this problem was a theming/skining related.
Because its happened to a certain theme, while the other were not.

It is due to the Font of the Visual style

Calibri is known to have this problem. Try modding the visual style fonts with Stylebuilder or Resedit.
