I recently took a photo of part of my family and the whole photo has some slight motion blur is there anyway to fix this?

How about holding the camera steady? Use a tripod if you must.

I think he meant for the photo he already took... if so:
Try sharpening the picture a bit with default sharpening tool in gimp, photoshop/any software you might have installed.

Also I believe there is a program/action that darkens the are you select, so you can't notice the motion blur that much, although I can't find the link atm.

no its impossible to fix a blured picture unless you know some one who is a dam good artist in photoshop to re draw the persons face or entire body. Other than that you can look for professional company to do it depending how blured it is but will cost you a bit

depending how bad it is, the sharpen feature in photoshop might work

If it's extreme, really not much you can do. If it's very slight, try Smart Sharpening.
