When ever a pop up comes up, all my windows close. It happens alot and I'm about to shoot American Express.

close all IE windows, run regedt32, and find HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer, then rename Internet Explorer to to Internet Explorer.bak, then try to browse interent again

Most of IE crash are caused by add-ons conflicting. Please close all your IE addons from "tools" - "manage addons"

Get a ad/pop-up blocker.

Or the "Safe Mode" IE - no addons

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff
