Just finished listening and that was a really good podcast and I agree with the throttling BT does that during the day between 6pm and Midnight on Torrent Services and on any general downloads but I read quite recently they are looking into it because I am on the top package and now its unlimited BT they really need to sort that part of their service out.

Great podcast. I got to listen to it in one sitting, well worth my time!
