Vista themes are still in the early stages, so there isn't anything like that just yet. I'd give it a year or so, then themes will start to get a bit more custom.

If you don't want to wait (which might not ever happen) you can import and modify XP .msstyles to work with Windows with WindowBlinds.

As said above, I'd suggest windowblinds as your best choice here.

I haven't seen any themes for WindowBlinds that actual take advantage of Vista or even rival the default theme. That's not to say the technology and application aren't good but merely that the current skins are virtually all over-the-top and get in the way of using Windows, even the premium skins they are promoting.
