I am going to soon start making a video that will be shown at a wedding in the Netherlands and then at a reception in the United States. I am wondering if I am going to run into a problem due to the NTSC and PAL formats? If so, what format should I use?

I don't have the details on that part yet. I would assume a projector so that everyone would be able to see it.

If its going to be running off a PC, and not a DVD player, just save it as an AVI, or MPEG, and you won't have any problems. Its doubtful you'll run into regional problems with DVD's nowadays but the safe bet is using a PC.
