I hope this is in the right forum, but I have several old family 8mm and Super8mm film reals and was wondering what would be the best way to transfer this to my computer. Do they make a projector that can except these and has a usb port on it? ha-ha. Thanks.

You should try , believe it or not, Walgreens, if you have one in your area. I just got mine back and they look fine. Plus, it was only $20 each to have them transferred. It's a basic transfer for a basic price. They don't punch up colors or do any improvements, but, I didn't ask/pay them to. So, if you're looking just to have your 8mm films transferred to watch them in a newer format than 8mm check them out......
