the taskbar is BLAH but over all to me it looks like another vista theme

It's 100% transparent, so it adapts to your wallpaper, the only thing that is really colored on the start bar is the flag and the text in the menus.

I don't think 100% transparency works well.

This VS made it has made its way into my top 20 vista themes of all time lol.... But hey nice effort tho

100% transparent sucks (IMHO)

100% transparancy makes it really hard to focus on text, i wouldn't be able to work for more then half an hour with an interface like that. Sucks imho

The wallpaper choice is obviously very important, and that car 'paper does the theme no justice tbh.

The default theme is much better.

Tried it and can't say I liked it, but if you like 100% transparency, then I guess this is the theme for you...

seeing all these aero themes makes me miss windows xp. I wish I can use my opus or luna vx theme on vista

^ Yeah, this really blows that the only themes that look different from aero are windowblinds and windowblinds runs like a hog. I just tried windowblinds out and it made me wanna barf at how much it slowed down doing the most basic tasks on the system in my sig, which should be more than capable of running it.

To everyone here, this was my first real attempt at a VS for Vista. My next project is going to be soooo much better.

i think i'll just stick with maxtransparency nice theme though by the way

Hey yayme123 could you send me a link for max transparency? Been looking for a really good theme, besides GlassCleAR to use.

Right now I`m working on a Royale type theme for Vista, but it`s been done a billin times before.
These kinds of things never work out, but does anyone have any ideas on what I could work on next?
I`m up for anything, as long as it can be done and its different from everything else out there so far.

I think it would be better when there is no borders at all.

If you don`t like all the transparency then you`ll probably like the theme I`m working on right now.
