Hey guys, I have a weird problem.
When I go to google.com, I get automatically redirected to google.es.
Few notes: this happened on the same day on all computers in the house. Happes in both IE and Firefox. Clearning cookies and cache didn't help.
I can change the language in google to English, everything shows up in English then, but I am still at google.es.
The hosts file is fine, no new redirects there, again this happened on all computers.
Is google associating my IP with the wrong country? whatismyipaddress.com is finding me right...
Thanks for the help.

On the bottom right (last item in the list of links above the Google copyright) there should be a link saying "Google.com in English", Click that and you should be redirected to the main Google page, and it should stop the redirect.

Just tried it, it works.
Awesome, thanks.
Wonder why it changed on all of the computers in the house at once.
Update: so turns out that all the ads MySpace are showing up in Spanish too. I am thinking of renewing my IP to see if that helps.

Did you ever find a solution? Mine is doing the same thing! I am in Oregon but everything (myspace, google, subaru forums) all come up with Spanish links. Sorry to drag up the old thread but I wanted to see if you resolved it.
