Definitely seems like it could help a lot when correcting images which you didn't get the right exposure.

Interesting! Thanks for pointing that out, I'll be sure my next Camera upgrade after 10 years will be to one supporting 14-bit, or may be RAW will be replaced by then biggrin.gif

I am really hoping that I can get my hands on the D300 within the next month or two. If I have to move, then I'll have to scratch it. But even then, I am really wanting to score the new 24-70 2.8 lens because my D70s is still a great camera. Interesting to see the comparisons too. Just makes me realize that I need to get another hard drive soon because I am almost out of space, haha. DVD back ups, here I come.
