I currently have a picture on my pc and i want to use it as a poster. As we all know there many deals out there to get some free 4x6 prints. So I was wondering, if i could span the picture i have to lets say about 25 4x6 prints and then put them together on a cardboard would make a good homemade project for a great poster. I have no clue how to split the image in 25 pieces. Please let me know if there is such a software out there, or any other alternatives. thanks.

Are you that broke? I get insanely gorgeous poster prints from my lab at about 8$ a sq ft, or about 20$ or so for a 13x19, about 26$ for a 16x20... Light jet prints are second only to seeing something in person. You can't beat the quality, and if you were to use 4x6's, you'd see the edges of the cards.
