I typically just process my "keepers" using Aperture and occasionally photoshop.

Depends.
I process my film shots by using a combination of expired rolls, cross process and sometimes mishandling the negatives.
With my digital works sometimes I just do some subtle levels, depending if it was a wedding, a studio shot or something else.
With my old works I used a digital cross processing simulation but now I realize it cant compare with the real deal.
Every shot gets the usual WB correction or crops in Aperture. (this means ones that are in focus or exposed somewhat alright. otherwise I trash it)
The keepers I do more work on usually in Photoshop.

if i feel its a good photo but a little blurred i will edit it in lightroom
I adjust WB on all my photos, but levels and any effects I only do on the 'keepers'.
