First, like the other topic, I would like a defrag tool that defrags my HD while the computer is idle for 10 minutes and stop defragging on un-idle.
But unlike the other topic, I would like it to check the current fragmentation percentage and only defrag is the fragmentation is over a certain level (say, 20% fragmentation). I'm hoping that something like this will keep my hard drive in tip-top shape while not shortening its life-span with unnecessary defrags.
Also, on a side note, I'm wondering if that having at least 15% free disk space really makes a difference or not; or does it only really require about double the size of the largest file on the disk?
