I took this photo when walking along the beach. I done it because i wanted a new desktop background and i figured beach stones would be nice and they are smile.gif

Taken with D200
Nikon 50m 1.8 lense

Post Processing work includes
Satuation Enhancment
Brightness
Warming

Great shot, but I can't understand why nikonians keep recommending the D200 over the Canon 40D, as even at ISO1000 you can see the loss of detail.

D300 vs 40D is different. Ugh I'm ranting again.

Where were you? I kinda like those stones a lot. They look really smooth!

cuz they're nikonians.

And ya, upon further review, that image is horridly noisy!

It looks noisy if you view it at 100%, but otherwise its fine. Nothing unacceptable.

Yer well someone messed with ym camera settings before i went out on a shoot and someone set the iso to 1000...........
So yer thats why it's noisy and im annoyed about that
