I am gonna be doing a wedding very soon on my camcorder and I want to be able to edit it, so wondering if there is any good software that is quite good but easy to use.

I strongly recommend the Sony Vegas Studio package. I use their pro product and the consumer version is almost as full featured and it's ridiculously cheap considering all of the pro features you get. And the software is excellent. As far as ease of use, there is a certain learning curve to video editing in general that is more daunting than the software itself.

I second Vegas Studio. Just a note, there are a lot of threads asking this (I recall posting in one just a few weeks go at most)
